What if I didn’t receive a shipping confirmation?
You can find your order status on our website. Just click the login icon in the upper righthand corner of the site, and select Sign In. You can then sign in to your account to view your Order History. Search for your current order and you’ll see tracking information there.
We offer a 15-minute window, for select order types, where you can make quick changes on the order confirmation page. During this time, you can either cancel your order or update your shipping address. Once the 15 minutes pass, your order begins processing and no further changes can be made. If you wish to cancel your order, you’ll need to do it during the 15-minute window.
Please note, some orders aren’t eligible for edits:
Orders containing a digital gift card.
Orders that redeemed a gift card or warranty store credit.
Orders shipping to a UPS Access Point location.
Once your order begins processing, our warehouse goes to work right away to get it to you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, because of this, there isn’t a delay that allows us time to cancel or change orders.
You will need to reach out to UPS, FedEx or USPS directly. The first step is to wait until your tracking number is active (usually 24 hours from shipping notification).
UPS
You can sign up for UPS MyChoice. UPS may charge to make changes to your shipping address. You’ll need to add the address on your order for it to be added to your UPS MyChoice account.

However, we are happy to offer free return shipping. Once the order arrives, just set up a return and get a shipping label (see link below), and we’ll take care of it for you.

KEEN offers free return shipping for all orders within the lower 48 states. We will give you a free return label that will be good for 30 days from your order date.
For orders shipped to any outlying regions such as Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and APO/PO/DPO you will be responsible for the shipping costs of your return.

If you are looking to see if a specific style is available at a store near you we recommend utilizing our Store locator. Please note any access we have to what inventory our retail partners are carrying is managed and updated by them. We always recommend calling to confirm before making a trip to ensure the information we are relaying is accurate.
Our shipping time-frame is 3-7 business days for our Standard shipping. Our distribution center is located in Kentucky, so ground shipping estimates range from 3-4 business days in Central and Eastern states, and up to 7 business days in the Western US.
